A riff on the classic daiquiri, we use Appleton white rum infused with dragonfruit to bring out even more intensity. The sweetness of the rum is balanced by lime juice and a dash of lavender bitters. For garnish we use dehydrated dragonfruit, which softens up over time, giving off a comforting, cranberry-like aroma.
