A riff on the classic daiquiri, we use Appleton white rum infused with dragonfruit to bring out even more intensity. The sweetness of the rum is balanced by lime juice and a dash of lavender bitters. For garnish we use dehydrated dragonfruit, which softens up over time, giving off a comforting, cranberry-like aroma.

Our cocktails are served in pouches. Cut the pouch and pour the cocktail into two glasses with ice and add the garnish that is included in the packet. Enjoy!
