We think you like salmon – and that’s what you’ll get from us: a salmon-focussed platter of 10 sashimi slices of salmon, as well as 40 pieces of a combination of salmon nigiri sushi, smoked salmon roll, salmon California roll, ikura gunkan, and Tanuki Raw’s popular fusion roll, the Superstar Roll. The last features mentaiko sauce-seared salmon over crispy mozzarella, topped with seasoned tempura flakes and Tanuki Raw’s housemade oko sauce.
