What is Tanuki Raw’s Raw & Refueled Subscription?
For a monthly subscription, you can enjoy coffee, tea, and refreshing beverages up to 3 times a day for only 1 SGD (1.50 SGD for certain premium selections).

How do I sign up for a Raw & Refueled Subscription?
You can subscribe online at tanukiraw.com/subscription from your mobile phone or computer.

What kind of beverages can I get with my Raw & Refueled subscription?
Over 30 beverages are available including the following:

The food offerings will change frequently. Currently you receive 10% off on:

How do I redeem my subscription?
Just let our staff know that you’re a subscriber and provide your email address or phone number when redeeming. Easy!

Will I still earn loyalty points when using my subscription?
Yes, you will still earn points as part of the Empire Eats loyalty program (if you’re a member, which you really should be)!

How do I renew my subscription each month?
Your subscription will automatically renew each month, quarterly, six month, or annnually depending on what you selected when signing up. The renewal fee will be charged to the payment method you provided when you signed up.

When will I be billed each month?
The billing cycle is determined by the date you sign up for the subscription. The billing cycle is every 30 days from the date you enroll.

How many times can I redeem my subscription benefits in a day?
You can redeem an eligible beverage up to three (3) times in one day.

Can I redeem my Raw & Refueled subscription benefits at any Tanuki Raw restaurant?
Yes. The subscription program is valid at every outlet of Tanuki Raw. The outlets are at Jewel Changi Airport, Orchard Central, Funan, and Cross Street Exchange. Please note that the available beverage options differ per outlet.
